Bala Varadarajan is the Managing Director of Fujitsu Australia Software Technology Pty Ltd. He has a Master's degree in Management. He has over 25 years' experience in the computer industy most of which has been in the area of development of software solutions using emerging technologies.

He has worked in India, Netherlands and United Kingdom before joining Fujitsu Australia Limited in 1985. His roles in Fujitsu Australia Limited and FAST included Project Manager in Application Software Centre and the Software Development Manager of Advanced Software Technology Centre before taking up the role of M.D. of FAST.
